The Beekley Community Library is pleased to present a music series designed to showcase the finest singer-songwriters performing today in our intimate setting in New Hartford. Building on the success of last year’s concerts, which included Vance Gilbert, Susan Werner, Kenny White & Maia Sharp, we have attracted an outstanding set of artists and have created a more formalized structure for the series.

Within this set of artists are Grammy Award nominees, Juno Award winners (the Canadian Grammy), an International Song of the Year composer, and the songwriter for the National Baseball Hall of Fame. They come from all areas of the US and Canada and offer a diversity of styles and voices that should resonate with all. Information on the artists is available on this website and a sampler CD is be available for listening at the Library.

Many volunteers have contributed many hours to create a beautiful stage, comfortable seating, professional lighting, and a 1^st class sound system. As always, the concerts offer a pre-show wine-and-cheese reception & intermission.

New this year is the sponsorship of the concerts by Northwest Community Bank, a longtime supporter of the Beekley Library, and the sponsorship of various local businesses and individuals. All the profits from the operations of the series will go directly to the Library.
