BookFriends is The Beekley Community Library’s “community connection.” Founded in the summer of 1998, BookFriends is made up of local volunteers who are dedicated to supporting the Library by: developing programs and activities that promote a strong, positive relationship between the Community and the Library, raising funds to benefit the Library, and  providing support services for the operation and maintenance of the Library.

How can YOU help? Join BookFriends and the 80+ other Library volunteers! It’s free!!!! Membership forms are at the Front Desk in the Library and are accessible on this Website. Let us know in what way you would like to support the Library for the year and how we can contact you to do so! If you are already a member, renew your membership annually, so that we know your current Library-volunteer interests, and contact information.
